• Account data is retained for the duration of your active contributor relationship
• Payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Submitted work is retained indefinitely as it becomes part of our evaluation datasets
• Support communications are retained for 2 years after resolution

When you close your account, we anonymise or delete personal identifying information within 90 days, subject to our legal retention obligations.

• Keep you signed in to your account
• Remember your preferences and session state
• Understand how contributors use the Platform (anonymised analytics)
